Leah JM Dean is a leadership strategist, tribe builder, coach, and HR advisor to women and organizations across the globe. She is also the author of the best-selling book, Assemble the Tribe, and an expert on leading with a "tribe mindset." She is a speaker, author, and the Founder of The Tribe Advantage, a life and leadership program for women.
A former HR Executive, she is passionate about helping women and women leaders transform their tribes in life and leadership. In her work, she teaches them how to unlock the tribe-building formula Believe + Belong = Be Different ® so they can make a greater impact as leaders in their jobs, in their businesses, at home, and in their communities. As the CEO of Conduit International Ltd, her courses, books, events, and coaching experiences equip women to make more conscious choices about how they connect with others and show up in the world.
