I’m an advisor, 2x author, coach, speaker, and founder & CEO of Conduit International Ltd. After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I stepped into a new season—one that allowed me to turn my walk into words and experience into encouragement. Through my advisory work, speaking, coaching, writing, events, and resources, I create spaces that help people work smarter and live well—strengthening relationships at every stage of life and leadership.

In this space, I also draw from my books—Assemble the Tribe and Be Different—to reflect on how we find our people, keep them close, and live love in real, everyday ways.
