If I believe coaching could be a good fit, we'll schedule an introductory conversation to learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and explore the best next step. If we decide to move forward together, I'll recommend the coaching approach—and coach—that I believe is the best fit for your needs. Depending on your goals and the support you're looking for, you may work with me or another experienced coach from the Conduit International team.

Not at all. Completing the application is simply the first step in exploring whether coaching is right for you. If I don't believe we're the right fit, I'll tell you honestly and help point you in the right direction whenever I can. If we decide to move forward together, you'll receive a coaching proposal before making any commitment.

Finding the right fit matters. I'll take the time to understand your goals before recommending a coach. Some clients choose to work directly with me, while others are better served by another member of the Conduit International team whose experience and expertise are closely aligned with their needs. Either way, you can expect thoughtful, practical, strengths-based coaching tailored to you.
