Before you enroll in the Tribe Advantage, Leah would love to know a little bit more about you and how this program can support your goals.

Before you get started, let’s make sure you meet the program requirements:

• Ambitious High-Performers: Women possess a strong ambition to enhance their impact in the workplace and community.

  Emerging Leaders: Women who are new to leadership positions or aspiring to take on such roles, yet lack formal leadership training.

  Leaders in Transition: Experienced leaders who are facing new challenges or transitions in their careers and are seeking to broaden their professional network and leadership skills.

  Team and Project Management: Women who currently have responsibilities managing direct reports or leading project teams, and are looking to improve their leadership effectiveness.

  Active Engagement: Women who are willing to commit 3-5 hours per month for active participation, are open to stepping beyond their comfort zones.

  Collaborative Learning Approach: Women who value collaborative learning environments and are eager to engage with and contribute to a community of fellow leaders.
